Woman Found Dead From Stab Wounds at Britannia Hotel

When people check into a hotel, they like to believe that they are safe. Unfortunately, this is not always the case. A woman was found dead in a hotel room at the Britannia Hotel in Wolverhampton. According to police, the woman was killed by multiple stab wounds.

The woman was Amandeep Kaur Hothi. The autopsy report shows that she suffered from multiple stab wounds that were caused by a “sharp object.” The woman was only 29 years old, and she was found dead this past Thursday at around 10 a.m.

Police arrested a 29-year-old man on suspicion of murder. They say that he was found injured very close to the scene of the crime. Right now the man remains in the care of a hospital but will be taken into custody as soon as he is well. From there, he will be questioned about the death of the young woman.

The hotel has gotten a lot of press and attention since the stabbing took place. On Saturday and Sunday night, the hotel had police officers on guard in the hotel foyer. That being said, guests were still being allowed to check into the hotel.

Experts say that it is unusual for a crime of this nature to happen back to back in the same area. Usually these kinds of crimes happen in areas where people are not expecting it. Since a murder just took place here, it is very unlikely that another one is going to happen right away. Police have not even figured out what led up to the murder of the young woman.
