Connections from nearby Scandinavia are also good, including Bergen, Copenhagen,
Esbjerg and Stavangar. The airport is located 7 miles northwest of the city
center and several bus services operate from the airport to the city centre.
Driving around Scotland is easy and Aberdeen can easily reached from the south
using the motorway network from Perth. The coastal route A90 from Dundee to
Aberdeen is especially beautiful.
Aberdeen is well serviced by National Express and Scottish Citylink coaches,
with connections to and from England, Wales and around Scotland.
Rail links to Aberdeen are also convenient, with direct services from Edinburgh,
Glasgow and London's Kings Cross station.
