Travelling to Dundee
    
Dundee Airport is located only two miles from Dundee City Centre and is less
than 10 minutes by taxi from the mainline rail and bus stations. The airport
services flights from London City Airport and other regional airports in Scotland.
Another option is to fly to Edinburgh Airport, roughly 60 km away from Dundee,
which has more flight options available, especially for international connections.
Dundee is on the main East Coast rail route, with direct train links to Birmingham,
Bristol, London, Newcastle, Plymouth, Sheffield, and York and overnight sleeper
service from London. ScotRail has frequent services between Edinburgh, Perth,
Dundee and Aberdeen. The train journey to Edinburgh takes about 70 minutes.
Scottish CityLink buses offer frequent services to Edinburgh and Glasgow. Day
and night coaches, operated by National Express, Stagecoach and CityLink, provide
services to most major cities throughout the UK, including London.
Dundee is well linked to the motorway and dual carriageway system. Dundee is
best approached from the south via the A90, for traffic coming from Edinburgh
(M90), Glasgow (A9) and beyond.
